The ground floor is designed entirely for customer activities, including sports courts, children's play areas, spiral slides, climbing facilities, dining spaces, and reception. By relocating all storage and maintenance operations to the upper level, the venue maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment for guests.

Above the activity area, Maxrac installed a 400㎡ structural steel mezzanine equipped with steel staircases and full-perimeter safety guardrails. The platform is divided into two functional zones:

-- Centralized Storage Area for spare parts, maintenance tools, cleaning supplies, event equipment, and operational inventory.

-- Maintenance Workspace for equipment assembly, routine inspections, repairs, and facility upgrades without affecting daily business operations.

The mezzanine is engineered with a heavy-duty structural steel system capable of supporting both concentrated storage loads and multiple maintenance personnel.

 

Its modular design allowed for fast installation with minimal modification to the existing building. Wide column spacing also preserves lighting, visibility, and the open feel of the sports area below.

 

By utilizing unused vertical space, the project effectively doubled the facility's usable area without expanding the building footprint.
