Push-back rack, also known as push-in rack, works based on the design of overlapping multi-layer trolleys. Specifically, multi-layer trolleys are installed between the front and rear beams of the rack, and these trolleys can overlap and connect. When the goods are placed on the trolley from the outside and pushed into the rack by a forklift, the goods stored later will push the original goods into the inside of the rack.
Specific working process
Incoming process: The forklift stacks the pallet on the trolley. Due to the inclined design of the track, the later pallet will push the previous pallet to move deeper into the rack.
Shipping process: When the outermost pallet needs to be taken out, the inner pallet will automatically slide to the pickup point to ensure the efficiency of single-end storage and retrieval.
